Each boat is crafted, what guarantees the highest product quality, and also allows for full customization.
Our boats have CE certificate. It allows owners to use and register the boats in the European Union territory.
Additionally, each THOR has project category C which allows for sailing on all water bodies with the wind power up to 6B and waves with the significant height, up to 2 metres.
We wrap the outside of our boats with foil. It allows for the freedom of graphic choice and customization. Contrary to painted boats, it is much easier to change the design or eliminate possible scratches.
Why aluminum?
Aluminum is a perfect material to construct boats. It is light, durable and long-lasting. Not every aluminum is the same. In our boats we use a special alloy which is used in ship-building industry, which ensures the maximum durability and exceptional corrosion resistance in marine environment. Its unique composition makes it perfect for use in constructions exposed to mechanical tension.
Why is the construction welded?
Aluminum is an exceptionally durable material, which makes that aluminum boats are long-lasting and safe, and they require minimal maintenance.
Thanks to welding, we get 100% air-tight hull. To achieve maximum mechanical resistance. construction stitches are welded from both sides. Each THOR is welded manually and, thanks to that, we achieve exceptional quality of the workmanship.
